Introduction

The Barn Equine Surgery was established in the 1950's to provide a specialist equine veterinary service to West Hampshire, South Wiltshire and East Dorset. Our clinic was purpose built in 1988 and we have recently been granted planning permission for a major expansion of our facilities (April 2008).

Our hospital style clinic allows for surgical operations, in-patient care, lameness investigations with lungeing and ridden assessments, medical investigations, scintigraphy (bone scanning), advanced dentistry and remedial farriery. There is a large car park for lorries and trailers and free tea and coffee available in reception!
